Naturally, we would not be able to operate our home care service without our top-quality carers. They are hand-picked to provide the best possible care and we support their work with appropriate management and training throughout their time with us, as the majority are already part of the team that work in our Care Homes.
Regular communication is very important to us and when our carers visit you, they will note any changes, respond to them, and alert their managers, who will rapidly update your family if this is what is required.
We select people who are passionate about caring and bring Wellbeing values to everything they do. Dignity, choice and independence are their goals for all their customers.
All staff undergo enhanced CRB checks and are fully trained. Their training is regularly updated, and the carers we select to look after you will be matched carefully to your needs. We always send more than one carer, so there is a friendly face when your usual carer is on holiday or otherwise unavailable.
